# **Become a Host Facility for New NASM Certified Personal Trainers**

The Gymternship™ Program offers newly certified NASM personal trainers who pass the NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA Accredited Certification Exam), the opportunity to complete an 8-week practical application training program at one of our host gyms. During this program, approved NASM Certified Personal Trainers will acquire valuable hands-on experience. They’ll work alongside of your supervisory and training staff, apply the proven OPT™ model to real-life scenarios, engage with members and clients, and learn the day-to-day requirements to become a successful trainer.

In exchange for hosting participants in the NASM Gymternship™ Program you’ll enjoy access to the newest CPT talent while decreasing your recruiting costs (over 80% of participants become full-time staff at their host gym). Host gym supervisors will be rewarded with exclusive NASM benefits for mentoring these new CPTs.
